Made to order by our production partner in China. Orders are produced in 3–5 business days and shipping takes 8–12 business days after that: most orders arrive within 11–17 business days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the next business day.
Shipping is $7.95, or free on orders of $79 or more. US addresses only. The price you pay already covers any import duties — no customs charge, brokerage fee or COD fee is collected from you on delivery.
30 days from delivery to return or exchange. We send you a free prepaid return label to our returns center in Hillsboro, Oregon. No restocking fee. Refund within 7 business days after your return arrives.
Where it is made
Made in China by our production partner, and shipped directly from there to your US address. We do not manufacture in the United States and we do not hold stock here. Import duties are included in the price you pay. Our Denver address is a mailing address; our Hillsboro, Oregon address receives returns only.
