1. Who we are
solematekicks.com (“Solemate”) is operated by SOLVIERA SKINCARE LLC, a limited liability company registered in Colorado, United States. The legal name comes from an earlier venture and does not describe the goods sold here.

2. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you a shipping confirmation. Until then we may cancel an order and refund you in full, for example if a price was listed wrong, the item cannot be produced, or the order fails our fraud checks.
You must be 18 or older to order. Products for children are sold to adults.
3. Prices, tax, duties and payment
- All prices are in US dollars.
- The price shown includes any import duties on the goods. No customs charges, brokerage fees or COD fees are collected from you on delivery.
- Sales tax is separate from duties and is set by your state. Where it applies, it is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and shown before you pay.
- Your card is charged when you place the order.
- If we find a pricing error before shipping, we contact you. You can accept the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Where goods are made and shipped from
Our goods are manufactured in China by our production partner and shipped directly to your US address. We do not manufacture in the United States and we do not hold stock here. Our Denver address is a mailing address and our Hillsboro, Oregon address receives returns only.

6. Returns and refunds

7. Products and colors
Every item is made to order. Artwork placement can vary by up to 1 inch. Colors on screen can differ from the finished item depending on your display. These variations are not defects.
8. Children's products
Our toddler tees are everyday wear. They are not sleepwear and are not sold as such. Adults must supervise use of any product by a child.
9. Artwork and intellectual property
The illustrations, badges, wordmark and site content are owned by or licensed to SOLVIERA SKINCARE LLC. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them. Buying an item does not transfer any rights in the artwork.
10. Reviews and customer content
If you post a review or share a photo with us, you confirm it is your own honest experience. We do not pay for reviews and we do not suppress negative reviews. We may remove content that is off-topic, abusive or not about a real purchase. By sending us a photo you allow us to show it on our site and social channels; contact us any time to withdraw that permission.
11. Warranties and liability
Products are provided as described on their product page. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law of your state.
12. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable US federal law. If we cannot resolve a problem by phone or email, you may bring a claim in the courts of your home state, including small claims court. Your rights as a consumer are not affected. Nothing in these terms limits the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
