Solemate makes illustrated keepsakes for people whose pets sleep at their feet. Tees, hoodies, toddler tees, towels and pillow covers, each carrying a badge from our Pet Love Club series: a person and their cat or dog, drawn like a vintage crest.
About our name
Solemate is a play on “soulmate.” The name is for the animal that picked you. It is not a footwear brand and we have never sold shoes — everything we sell is listed on this site.
The company behind the store is SOLVIERA SKINCARE LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. The legal name comes from an earlier venture and does not describe what we sell today. We keep it on every policy page so the name on your receipt matches the name of the company you bought from.
What we sell
Every product starts as the same kind of illustration: someone holding, hugging or napping with their animal, framed in carved wood and brass, with a ribbon underneath. The badges are applied to garments and to home goods like beach towels and pillow covers.
Where things are made
Our products are manufactured in China by our production partner, and shipped directly from there to your US address. We do not hold stock in the United States, and we do not claim to make anything here. This is why an order takes 11–17 business days rather than the 2–5 days a domestic warehouse would take.
We would rather tell you this plainly than have you find it out from a tracking number.
How an order works
- You place an order. Nothing is made before that.
- Our production partner makes your item. This takes 3–5 business days.
- It ships to you with tracking. Transit takes 8–12 business days.
Making to order means no warehouse of unsold shirts. It also means most orders take 11–17 business days to reach you. We say this on every page where it matters.
What you pay
The price on the product page covers the item and any import duties. No customs charges, brokerage fees or COD fees are ever collected from you on delivery. Sales tax is separate: where your state requires it, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
