What we accept
Major credit and debit cards. Any digital wallets available to you are shown at checkout.
When you are charged
Your card is charged when you place the order. If we cancel an order before shipping, the full amount is refunded to the same card.
Duties and customs
Our goods are made in China and shipped directly to you. The price you see covers the item and any import duties. You will never be asked to pay customs charges, brokerage fees or COD fees when the package arrives. We ship on delivered-duty-paid terms.
Sales tax
Sales tax is separate from duties and is set by your state, not by us. Where your state requires it, sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and shown to you before you pay. It is never added after you order.
Security
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers that maintain PCI DSS compliance. Card details are entered on the secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. The site uses HTTPS with TLS encryption.
On your statement
The charge appears under our store name, Solemate. If you do not recognize a charge, call +1 (214) 688-2316 or email support@solematekicks.com with the amount and date before contacting your bank. Phone hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific; email is answered within 1 business day.
Pricing errors
If an item was listed at the wrong price, we contact you before shipping. You can accept the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
