Our products are made by our production partner in China and shipped directly from there to your US address. We do not manufacture in the United States, we do not hold stock here, and we do not claim otherwise.
A correction
An earlier version of this post said every item was printed in the United States with blanks sewn abroad. That was not accurate, and we have replaced it rather than quietly edited it. Anyone who bought from us on the strength of that claim can return their order under our standard 30-day policy, and we will pay the return shipping as always. How an order actually works
- You order. Nothing exists yet — no shelf, no box with your size on it.
- Our partner in China makes the item. This takes 3–5 business days.
- It ships from there directly to your address. Transit takes 8–12 business days.
That is 11–17 business days in total. A domestic warehouse would take 2–5. The difference is the international leg, and it is the honest reason your order takes as long as it does.
What you pay, and what you do not
The price on the product page includes any import duties. Nothing is collected from you when the package arrives — no customs charge, no brokerage fee, no COD fee. We ship on delivered-duty-paid terms so that the number you see at checkout is the number you pay.
Sales tax is separate and is set by your state, not by us. Where it applies, it appears at checkout before you pay.
Returns stay in the United States
You never ship anything abroad. Our returns center is at 8220 NE Walker Rd, Hillsboro, Oregon, operated for us by a third-party fulfillment partner. We email you a prepaid label; the package goes there, not to China.
Why we tell you this
“Made in USA” is a claim with a legal meaning in the United States, and using it loosely is not a marketing shortcut — it is a false statement about where your money goes and who made your shirt. We would rather lose a sale to someone who wants American-made goods than keep it by letting them believe something untrue.
If country of origin matters to your purchase, now you have the answer before you order, not after the tracking number arrives.
